The Council may refer to or put in evidence the following documents at the upcoming Public Inquiry for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (Cambridge Road Estate Phases 1 and 2) Compulsory Purchase Order 2022 ("the Order").

The date and location for the Public Inquiry are set and advertised by the Planning Inspectorate in accordance with the Compulsory Purchase (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 2007 (SI 2007/3617).
